Dear Lesley

Once again many thanks for inviting us to the  successful Beltane Fayre. We had great fun and met many people that we knew and some that we didn't ! In fact I was called by someone called Wendy Goodchild who has invited us to perform in Market Harborough for an Ethnic Music Night.

Apparantly she got our details from someone at the Fayre called Anita - I don't suppose you know who this is  ?- as it would be good to thank her.

Anyway I'm sorry that , as I will be away in France ,I 'll miss your party but thanks for the invitation. Kevin , Jan and perhaps Claire will attend.I have passed on the invitation card to them. I look forward to hearing ideas about next year's Beltane celebrations.

Finally thank you very much for recommending us for the event at Belgrave Hall. Much obliged.

Bright Blessings

Harkesh.

Hello -sorry not to actually get to talk to you on Saturday, do hope you were all pleased with your day and the response to it all.  It seemed to us there were as many folk around as I have seen in that park and everyone was cheerful and keen to join in.  We actually had visitors so didn't stay around but we as a group were pleased with our sessions, the number of folk who joined in and the plaits and patterns we persuaded them to create!
Thank you for inviting us     Patsy Paterson

Hello Lesley
I can't believe it has taken me this long to send you a thank you note, but I assure you my silence has been due entirely to overwork rather than lack of enthusiasm!
Rachael and I had a WONDERFUL time at the Beltane Spring Fayre and we were delighted by the interest and response we got from the public.  Everyone involved in the organisation of the day (and all the massive preparations beforehand!) made us feel so welcome and were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the day.  it is just a shame that we had to pack up before the end but we both had to be elsewhere, otherwise we would have been hard to get rid of.   Clearly the event was a huge success for you and I trust that you all gave yourselves a much deserved pat on the back for the impeccable organisation, the numbers of interested visitors and the dynamic and happy atmosphere that filled the park.  Well done and please pass on our congratulations and thanks to all those involved.   See you at the next meeting! Hi

Hope you and Tony have recovered from Saturday. I thought it all went
wonderfully, and remarkably smoothly considering it was the first event
like this you'd taken on. Shani had a great time, though was totally
knackered. We had a curry at Bobby's then came back home.

Here's to next year!!

love

Bob

Lesley,   I wanted to provide some feedback about the May Fayre on 30th April. Firstly, thank you for inviting LASS to participate, generally we enjoyed the afternoon and found it interesting and useful. We do hope that you will do it again next year.   We do have some comments about access, parking and stewards knowledge which would be good to address before next year's May Fayre.   1) Some of our volunteers and staff have mobility issues and felt that the provision for this was not adequate. It would be useful to have areas for blue badge parking next year, close to or inside the park. 2) It was felt that the information about the car parking at Bosworth House was confusing. A steward was asked for directions and clarification and could not help as they did not know.   I hope you find the feedback useful. Please get in touch if you have any questions or need anymore information.   Best wishes Celia
